- 1/4 Cup of Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt

- Box of Baking Soda

- 1/2 Cup of Bentonite Clay
- 1/2 Cup of Epsom Salts
- Add Your Favorite Essential Oils
Clay Detoxing Baths Instructions:
Run your bath water leaning a little warmer than you usually like your water, but not so hot as to be uncomfortable. Make sure the Epsom salts are wholly dissolved.
Stir in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon a mixture of clay with a small amount of warm water to make a paste. Stand in the tub and apply the clay all over your body if you can let dry for about 5 minutes. Letting the clay dry on your skin pulls more toxins from the body. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
