Seriously, these detoxing baths will help remove toxins from the body. The relaxing, gentle detoxing process can also make you tired, so it is suggest doing them before bed for a night of excellent night sleep.

1. Salt Detoxing Bath

Are you struggling with toxins or skin concerns? The following detoxing bath is simple, easy, and inexpensive. These all-natural ingredents are great for soothing irritated skin, boost magnesium intake, and overall detoxifying.

Salt Bath

This Bath Recipe Includes the Following:

  • 1/4 Cup of Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 cup Epsom Salts
  • Box of Baking Soda
  • 1/3 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

Add peppermint or lavender or any of your favorite essential oil

Salt Detoxing Baths Instructions:

Run your bath water leaning a little warmer than you usually like your water, but not so hot as to be uncomfortable. Make sure all the salts and baking soda are entirely dissolved. Then add apple cider vinegar and a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Relax soaking in the bath for as long as you want, but try and stay at least 30 minutes. Take your time getting out of any detoxing bath. Let people know you are detoxing in case you need help getting out or are so tired you fall asleep. As you may feel tired or lightheaded again take your time

2. Clay Detoxing Bath

This detoxing bath is perfect for releasing toxins, and a lot of them. Clay seems to bind to heavy metals. With the addition of Epsom salts, the combination pulls a variety of toxins from the body. Epsom salts also can replenish magnesium.

This Bath Recipe Includes the Following:

  • 1/2 Cup of Bentonite Clay
  • 1/2 Cup of Epsom Salts
  • Add Your Favorite Essential Oils

Clay Detoxing Baths Instructions:

Run your bath water leaning a little warmer than you usually like your water, but not so hot as to be uncomfortable. Make sure the Epsom salts are wholly dissolved.

Stir in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon a mixture of clay with a small amount of warm water to make a paste. Stand in the tub and apply the clay all over your body if you can let dry for about 5 minutes. Letting the clay dry on your skin pulls more toxins from the body. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

3. Oxygen Detoxing Bath

Use this detoxing bath during illnesses as the ginger can help clear congestion and eases body aches. This detox bath is also suitable for skin inflammations and allergies.

This Bath Recipe Includes the Following:

  • 1/2 Cup of Hydrogen Peroxide 
  • In Enough Bath Water to Temperature to Cover You Completely
  • Ginger Tea or Essential Oil

Oxygen Detoxing Bath Instructions:

Fill the tube to temperature add hydrogen peroxide. If using ginger tea, put the bag under the hot running water or add drops before getting in the tub. Soak for at least 30 or longer.

Additional Detoxing Bath Suggestions:

The warmer you can make your water the more effective the detoxing. Add two tablespoons of Bentonite clay to chlorinated or fluorinated water. This will keep the chemicals from absorbing into the skin.

All detoxing bath recipes can be doubled to help increase the effect, but it is always recommended to start slow.
